Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves care and a chance to learn, no matter where they live, what they can pay, or what language they speak at home.
What we aim to do
We aim to be a one-stop shop for mental and social health. That means learning, tools, and local help in one place, with the humanities alongside, like philosophy, history, and the arts, because understanding people helps us care for each other.
Why it's free
Helping each other shouldn't feel like a race. Hotolosophy is here so neighbors can share what they know without having to compete for it. Every resource stays free, and support is always optional.
How we do it
We build with our communities, not just for them. The languages, traditions, and ways of caring that make each community what it is stay at the heart of what we do.
Who is Hoto?
Hoto is our little guide to Planet Hoto. Hoto isn't a therapist or an expert. Hoto is a curious friend who likes slow days, quiet corners, and learning one small thing at a time.
- You can go at your own pace.
- Nobody has to earn their way into help.
- Asking questions is a good thing.
When you're not sure where to start, Hoto will wander over with you.
Hoto is a character, not a person. If you need help right now, call or text 988 or call 911 in an emergency.
