How Hotolosophy is run
We aim to bring equitable and equal access to mental health and community resources. All Hotolosophy resources stay free. Support is optional.
What we promise
- No sign-in. No tracking of individuals.
- We aim to show a last verified date on each help link.
- Urgent help (988 / 911) is always one tap away.
- We do not make condition or treatment claims. Hotolosophy is education and a directory, not care.
Our boundaries
- Visitors never need to share personal details. We do not collect private or identifying data.
- We share public information and point back to its source.
- Hotolosophy does not do crisis triage, diagnosis, or decide who is eligible for help. People stay accountable for what is published.
- Core, community and crisis resources stay free, with no paywall tied to support outcomes.
How changes happen
One small change at a time. Each change is reviewed for safety, accessibility, and plain language before it goes live. A person approves every change.
What we are learning
We write down what we expected a change to do, then check what actually happened using privacy-safe signals (broken-link reports, optional feedback). We share what worked and what did not. Learning in the open is how we keep getting better for the people who use this.
Tell us what to fix
Report an error or suggest a resource (opens a new GitHub issue in a new tab)
Suggest a listing (no sign-in needed) (opens a Google Form in a new tab)
The GitHub option opens a new GitHub issue, and GitHub may ask you to sign in. The form does not ask you to sign in. Hotolosophy collects no account details either way.
